Individual Therapy

One on one therapy with me can provide a safe place for you to receive care and compassion, examine the conditions that make you who you are, and help you develop greater flexibility in how you interact with your self and others. I view clients as the experts in the room, and my goal is to learn from you. Together we’ll use information -from your feelings, thoughts, visceral sensations, culture, history, and anything else we can think of – to help you make desired changes and life improvements.

Appointments are 50 minutes / $180

Group Therapy

Group therapy offers clients a chance to process their emotions with peers while developing insight about the way they interact with the world. This system of therapy is perhaps the best option for most people, but especially if you have goals like:

  • wanting to gain a sense of connection.
  • wanting a deeper understanding of why certain patterns and feelings come up in your relationships.
  • wanting to diminish your inner-criticism and let in alternative voices/perspectives.
  • wanting space to show up more authentically with others.

Groups run for 75-90 mins weekly / $65

Members are expected to participate in at least 2 individual intake sessions before committing, and participate in group for a minimum of 3 months. Commitment to the process means you pay each week group is held, even in the case of planned or unexpected absences, to enable group safety, cohesiveness, and interconnectedness.
