Beyond job experience and formal education, weekly supervision, consultation and therapy, and regular anti-racism dialog, I have participated in over 700 hours of special trainings and workshops related to psychotherapy. Recent and noteworthy trainings I’ve attended include:

    • Natural Lifemanship Personal Immersion: a 4-day intensive training and healing experience involving horse-assisted EMDR, somatic therapy, attachment-based education, reiki, psychodrama, sound bathing, and eco-therapy
